Butter Cookies
2 sticks butter
2/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Combine butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla; add flour, mixing by hand. Spoon mixture into a cookie press; press onto an ungreased baking sheet using desired discs. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
