1 lb. ground chuck

4 tbsp. corn meal

1/2 finely chopped onion

1 tsp. salt

1 egg

1/2 c. milk

Pepper

Chopped green pepper (optional)

Combine. Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

IN DUTCH OVEN:

Stir 2 cans tomato soup and 1 1/2 can water. Add meatballs; peeled and quartered potatoes; carrot strips. Bake with lid at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Makes a complete meal. Soup becomes a gravy.
