Great tasting and easy to prepare, you can double the recipe for holiday company.


2 3-oz. pkgs. dried, chipped beef

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

16 slices bacon

10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

1 c. sour cream

Line the bottom of an ungreased 13"x9" glass baking dish with chipped beef; set aside. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon; place on top of beef. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; spread soup and sour cream on top. Return to oven for an additional 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
