Avocado And Green Onion Dip
1 avocado
1 small cucumber
2 green onions
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Peel and pit avocado. Cut up avocado, cucumber and green onions. Place all
ingredients into a blender and process until uniform.
