ANTIPASTO LASAGNA
Layer the following in a 13 by 9-inch or other similar lasagna pan:
Lettuce leaves to cover bottom
1/4 lb. boiled ham
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 lb. Mortadella
Sliced tomatoes to cover mortadella layer
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese
1/4 lb. Genoa salami
Sliced cucumbers to cover salami layer
1/4 lb. Capicola
Garnish top with red or green pepper rings, black olives and marinated
mushrooms. Cover and chill 1 hour. Slice and serve with Italian dressing.
