Amish Ham, Green Beans, and Potato Stew

Cooking Time: 30-45 minutes
4 cups cooked and cubed ham
4 cups cubed raw potatoes
2 quarts ham broth, or water
1 quart canned, or fresh, green beans
salt and pepper to taste
1. Cook ham, potatoes, and broth in large stockpot until potatoes are soft.
2. Add green beans. Heat through if using canned beans. If using fresh beans, cook until beans are as tender as you like them.
3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4. Stir to combine.
