Allison's Dairy-free Ranch Dressing

Cook Time: 3 hours
Yield: 20 oz. of Ranch Dressing
Serving Size: 1 tablespoon
Ingredients:
-1 can of coconut milk (full fat)
-1 cup of grapeseed oil
-2 tbsp. mustard
-2 tsp dried parsley
-1 tsp. onion powder
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp. sea salt
-black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Place can of coconut milk and grapeseed oil in a blender. Next, add all
your spices. Blend on high until well mixed. Taste test and add more pepper
if needed.
2. Place ranch dressing in a jar or Tupperware with a tight lid and let
dressing chill for 2-3 hours. (This will thicken the ranch)
3. Enjoy dipping your favorite vegetables!
