Willow

when Willow got given to rescue, her previous meowmy was worried about her reaction to new baby

i have seen how she reacts to younger children and even baby items she gets visibly adgitated about

she swishes her tail around and vocalises her unhappiness, even if the kids are across the road or in a different garden

to make sure she will one day be reasonably okay around kids (in case i meet anyone who has kids and we start to date) is it possible to ever prove to her that kids are not a danger to her?

i realise she will never welcome kids as her best friends

i just dont want her to get scared enough to literally attack a kid if one gets too close

i do think from watching her that she looks upon kids as being a danger to her

fear insecurity thing, plus territorial dominance

If you do have Willow around kids then I think it might be best to introduce them slowly. She isn't used to them and probably feels like they are a threat.
My plan is to not have her around kids, i'm getting ideas for how to help her cope if i do end up having to introduce her to someone else's kids

she will stand her ground with kids and lash out at them, she apparently did that with baby

and i have seen her getting into a rage at someone across the road taking a pram to a different house, she saw red and crouched down vocalising her feelings :(
