I think if we have a caring family, that would have a great impact. If our grandparents are not far enough there is nothing more we can ask for. To have someone to talk to makes all the difference in the world.

I have a few friends who know me since childhood. We grew up together. Not that I am old, but our group has been together for a long time. We studied the same class, we live within bicycle distance and so on. They know if something is wrong even from the silence.
 
You're simply right @Ozzy47, if we are feeling the pressure of mental dis order it is very ideal to seek advice of a psychiatrist to help recommend us to a quality doctor to take care if our mental illness. Life is beautiful when the health is stable and not being shambolic.
 
Just visiting a psychiatrist and sitting in a therapy session will not help you unless you understand that you have issues and these issues need to be solved. A lot of people do not admit that they have mental health issues.
