TWO-LAYER GELATIN
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 packets Knox gelatin (unflavored)
1 reg. pkg. cream cheese
5 c. milk (reg.)
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. your favorite Jello gelatin
1. Warm milk (regular).
2. Add 4 packets of Knox gelatin until dissolved.
3. Add milk mixture to blender along with all other ingredients above
(except flavored gelatin). Blend all together.
4. Put mixture in a 13x9x2 inch pan. Chill until firm.
5. While milk mixture is chilling, prepared flavored gelatin mix according
to directions on box, but do not chill yet.
6. Add flavored gelatin to chilled milk gelatin.
7. Chill until firm.
8. Cut into squares and serve.
May be topped with whipped topping.
