Tuna And Feta Stuffed Peppers
3 bell peppers
9 ounces feta cheese
6-1/2 ounces canned tuna
2 bunches green onions
1 tomato
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Finely chop green onions. Add diced tomato, flaked fish and crumbled feta.
Season with salt, drizzle with olive oil and stir to combine. Cut off tops
of peppers. Remove seeds and membranes from peppers. Stuff peppers with the
tuna mixture.
