Stuffing & Seafood Bites

Great appetizers for all those holiday open houses!
1-1/2 c. herb-flavored stuffing mix
8-oz. can minced clams with juice
1 t. lemon juice
1/2 lb. bacon, slices halved
Combine first 3 ingredients together; shape one teaspoonful mixture into a ball. Wrap one slice bacon around each ball; secure with a toothpick. Place on an ungreased baking sheet; repeat with remaining mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until bacon is crisp, about 20 to 25 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
