Spinach and Cheese Squares

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. shredded cheddar

Place butter in a 9x13" pan. Melt in oven. Beat eggs well. Mix in remaining. Pour into pan. Bake at 350F 35 min. Cool 45 min. Serve warm or cold.
