Spanish-Rice Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon minced dried onion
2 tablespoons dried green-pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried celery flakes
1 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash of crushed red pepper
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Stir until evenly distributed. Put mixture in foil packet or plastic bag. Label with date and contents. Store in
cool, dry place. Use within 6 to 8 months.
