Southwest Rub
Flavors that capture the West and Mexico
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbs. black pepper
1 Tbs. garlic salt
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Store in
an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3
months. Makes 1/2 cup.
