Smoked Fish Pate
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 medium red onion, very finely chopped
1/4 cup minced chives
1/2 pound smoked fish fillet, flaked
In a bowl, blend the cream cheese with the lemon juice, parsley, onion and
half of the chives. Fold the smoked fish into the cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining chives on top.
