Sauerkraut Balls

The secret? Mix ingredients by hand and they'll hold their shape.
1 lb. ground sausage
14-oz. can sauerkraut, drained
1-3/4 to 3 c. long-cooking oats, uncooked
2 eggs, beaten
Mix ingredients together; roll into one-inch balls. Arrange on an
ungreased baking sheet; bake at 325 degrees until done, about 20
minutes. Makes 40 servings.
