Salt Free Seasoning from Richard
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon powdered lemon zest or dehydrated lemon juice
1 tablespoon white rice
Put all the ingredients except the rice in a blender and blend until the
herbs are finely chopped. Store in a glass jar with the rice to prevent
caking. Use to replace salt when cooking meat, fish, poultry, or vegetables.
Yield: 2 tablespoons
