Roman Punch
1 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
2 c. cold strong brewed tea
1 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. rum extract
1 qt. ginger ale
Bring first 2 to a boil in a 2 qt. saucepan over med. heat. Cook 5 min. Cool. Add next 3. Refrigerate up to 3 days. Add ginger ale just before serving.
