1 small onion, chopped
2 chopped gherkins
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Mix first 5. Whisk next 5 together. Toss with meat mixture. Garnish with last 2.
