1 16 oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 1 oz box instant cheesecake flavored pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 packet or 1 ½ teaspoons instant coffee granules
12 oz fresh raspberries
8-9 large sheets of graham crackers
2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Whisk together milk and instant coffee granules in a large bowl until granules are dissolved. Whisk in the pudding mix and the whipped topping until
smooth and creamy.
2. Place a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of an 8-inch (or 9-inch) square dish, breaking the crackers as necessary to cover the bottom. Top with
half of the pudding mixture and half of the raspberries. Repeat layers again. Top with remaining whipped topping.
3. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or until ready to serve.
4. Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
