Radish And Feta Salad
11 ounces radishes
2 tablespoons canned green peas
1/2 red onion
8 green onions
4-1/2 ounces feta
Dressing:
4 tablespoons olive oil
White wine vinegar to taste
Salt to taste
Cut red onion into strips. Finely chop green onions. Slice radishes into
thin rounds. Dice feta cheese. For dressing, combine olive oil, vinegar and
salt. Combine all salad ingredients and drizzle with dressing.
