Pumpkin Cake

Pumpkin Cake
1 (9 ounce) package golden yellow cake mix
Dash of cloves
2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 egg
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
Whipped topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch cake pan. Mix cake mix, pudding mix and pie spice together. Add egg, water and pumpkin. Beat with mixer on medium-high for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Serve warm. Garnish with whipped topping.
Makes 12 servings.
