If you find yourself in genuine danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out to qualified professionals. In the UK, you can contact emergency services by dialing 999. For non-emergency support, consider reaching out to organizations like Samaritans at 116 123. In the USA, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available at 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255). For support in Australia, contact Lifeline at 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue at 1300 22 4636. Your well-being is our priority, and seeking professional help is a crucial step towards your mental health journey.

Psychiatrist is Retiring!

Well, I'll be having a new one, a French gentleman this time, and will re-evaluate me with new diagnoses and etc. So wish me luck please, guys! She's 68-69 years old, and has healed many patients, I think she deserves some rest in her life! She has given me a lot of help, care, support and strength and I'll always remember her in my heart.

Good luck with the new therapist, hopefully he can help you as much as your previous one. Going to be a bit of adjustment for you, but I think you’ll do fine.

I wish you the same good luck that @Ozzy47 has wished you @Naiwen. I can understand it'll be a period of adjustment but I hope it will be a positive one for you and that you can continue to benefit from their help going forward. Good luck!
