Potluck CREAMY FRUIT SALAD
1 - 20-ounce can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 - 16-ounce can sliced peaches, drained
1 - 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
2 medium firm bananas, sliced
1 medium apple, chopped
1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix
1-1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
3/4 cup sour cream
In a large bowl, combine fruit and set aside. In a small bowl, beat
together pudding mix, milk, and concentrate for 2 minutes. Add sour cream
and mix well. Spoon over fruit and toss to coat; cover and refrigerate for 2
hours.
