Pomegranate Balsamic Dressing is a light and refreshing dressing with
pomegranate and orange juice for a healthy dressing you can enjoy on just
about any
salad.

Ingredients

. 1/3 c. pomegranate juice
. 1/4 c. orange juice
. 1/3 c. balsamic vinegar
. 2/3 c. olive oil
. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
. 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
. 1 Tbsp. honey

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and blend with an
immersion blender or toss everything in your blender and give it a whirl.
2. Store refrigerated up to two weeks.
