Perfect-For-A-Potluck Deviled Eggs
6 hard-boiled eggs
3 T mayonnaise
1 T chopped pimiento
1 T pickle relish
1 T chopped pitted green olives
1 T chopped scallion (green part only)
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
sweet paprika
Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Scoop out yolks; reserve whites.
Mash yolks with a fork; add mayonnaise, pimiento, relish, olives, scallion,
salt and pepper.
Spoon mixture into hollows of egg whites and lightly dust with paprika.
