PB STRAWBERRY POKE 'N POUR CAKE
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus strawberry cake mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 c. whipping cream, whipped & sweetened
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13"x9" pan. In a large bowl combine cake mix, 1 cup water, oil and eggs; blend until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow cake to cool 15 minutes.
Poke cake with fork at 1/2" intervals. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add cold water. Pour Jello over cake in pan. Chill 3 or 4 hours. Cover with whipped cream and garnish with strawberries.
