Orange Sauce

Orange Sauce

1/2 cup sugar

1 Tbsp cornstarch

dash of salt

dash of cinnamon

3/4 cup boiling water

2 Tbsp butter or margarine

1 tsp grated orange rind

1/4 cup orange juice

1 tsp lemon juice

Mix together sugar, cornstarch, salt and cinnamon in saucepan. Add water gradually. Bring to

boiling temperature and cook about 5 minutes, or until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.

Add butter or margarine, orange rind, orange juice and lemon juice. Reheat to boiling

temperature. Makes about 1 cup sauce.
