Olive Garden Chicken and Pasta in Crockpot

Olive Garden Chicken and Pasta in Crockpot

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, about 1 1/2 pounds

I bottle Olive Garden salad dressing, available at most grocery stores, inc Walmart

8 oz block cream cheese

Grated Parmesan cheese, 1-2 cups

Put raw chicken in bottom of crackpot, season with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like such as Italian seasoning, etc. Then pour over the chicken the bottle of salad dressing, it's better with Olive Garden brand but any Italian dressing will work, and then add the cream cheese in pieces on top. Put your lid on, cook on high for 3 hours. Take 2 forks and shred the chicken really well. Then add 3/4 of the grated Parmesan cheese. Cook any type pasta you have on hand, elbow macaroni, penny, Torino, according to pkg direction, drain well, and add to your chicken. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Serve with a salad and garlic bread.
