i look happy but im not. i went outside and started self harming and then got sectioned. I am not happy. i tried putting makeup on but all i am doing is crying i feel ugly i cant see my daughter i want to die. her dad is with her

Praying things improve for you. You have goals...to get to see your daughter! So cling to that as much as you can :)

I have friends online who post pics of them smiling and they say that they force that smile but inside it's all different.
