NO COOK FONDANT

NO COOK FONDANT, Printed from COOKS.COM

1/3 c. soft butter
1/3 c. Karo syrup - Red Label
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. (1 lb.) sifted confectioners' sugar

Blend butter, Karo syrup, salt and vanilla; add confectioners' sugar all at once. Mix first with spoon, then knead with hands to blend completely and smoothly. I roll this out to about 1/4 inch and spread with peanut butter and roll up like a jelly roll. Let chill and then slice and serve as peanut butter log slices. Also this fondant could be used as a chocolate filling. Enjoy.
