NIGHT BEFORE CASSEROLE

2 c. uncooked macaroni (shells or regular)

2 c. cooked chicken, turkey, ham, tuna or 1 1/2 lb. dried beef (just pick one of these)

1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated

1 tsp. salt (omit if using ham or dried beef)

1 can chicken noodle soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup (can use 2)

2 c. milk

Onion flakes, optional



Mix all together. Put in 3 quart casserole and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
