MASHED POTATO ROLLS

1 c. mashed potatoes

1 c. potato water or warm water

1 c. milk, warmed

1 c. shortening, melted

3/4 c. sugar

1 tsp. salt

3 eggs, beaten

2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water

6 to 7 c. flour

Mix first 7 ingredients, then add yeast mixture. Add flour and knead until it doesn't stick to your fingers. You might have to add more flour, also you

need extra for kneading. Let rise 1 hour and then work into rolls. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until brown.
