Lightened-Up Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons white vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
12 ounces broccoli florets or about 8 cups
1 cup fresh mozzarella diced (or you can buy the miniature balls of fresh mozzarella)
½ cup raisins
½ cup toasted walnuts or pecans chopped
½ small red onion diced

1. Combine yogurt, honey, vinegar, and salt in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
