Lemon Jello Cake

18 1/4 oz Duncan Hines white cake mix
3 oz pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
2/3 c Water
2/3 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Butter flavoring
4 Eggs
Glaze:
1 c Confectioners' sugar; sifted
2 Lemons; juice of
Lemon rind; grate

Combine cake mix, gelatin, water, oil and butter flavoring and beat with
mixer for 4 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time and beat well after each
addition. Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan in a 300~ preheated oven
for 50 minutes. Remove from pan while hot. Drizzle on GLAZE: Combine
confectioners' sugar, lemon juice and rind. Pour over cake. Source: The Advocate
