Jack Frost's Snowflake Punch
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
5-oz. can evaporated milk
3 2-ltr. bottles lemon-lime soda, chilled
1/2 to 1 gal. vanilla ice cream
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Stir constantly over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in milk. Let cool. Chill mixture until ready to make punch. Right before serving, combine milk mixture and lemon-lime soda in a punch bowl. Add scoops of ice cream, adding more ice cream as desired. Serves 18 to 24.
