Italian Style Broccoli
1 1/2 pounds broccoli, cut into flowerets
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Steam broccoli in large skillet 5 minutes, until crispy tender. Remove broccoli and drain. Pour oil into skillet and add garlic. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until garlic is lightly browned. Add broccoli and lemon juice. Toss gently. Cover and cook for an additional minute.
