Italian Broccoli Salad

18 ounces broccoli
2 carrots
2 large or 3-4 small pickles
1 bunch green onions
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice to taste
Salt to taste
Finely chop broccoli. Coarsely grate carrots. Thinly slice pickles. Chop
green onions. Combine all ingredients.
