Honey Crunch Pie

Honey Crunch Pie

4 cups Honey Bunches of of Oats cereal

1 container Breyers Carb Smart Vanilla Ice Cream, softened

2 tsp cinnamon

1 cup walnuts

Honey to drizzle on top of pie

1 bought graham cracker crust

Put the crust in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes--this will toast it and give it a much better flavor. Remove and set aside to cool.

Mix the cereal and walnuts and add the cinnamon. Mix this with the softened ice cream--just fold it in until thoroughly mixed. Pack it into the graham

crust and cover with saran wrap. Put in the freezer for 3-4 hours and drizzle it with honey just before serving.

Everyone loved it and I was embarrassed to tell them what I'd done to make it--so I took refuge in the "secret family recipe" lie!!
