  • While Talk Mental Health offers a platform for peer support and shared experiences, it is not a substitute for professional mental health assistance. If you find yourself in genuine danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out to qualified professionals. In the UK, you can contact emergency services by dialing 999. For non-emergency support, consider reaching out to organizations like Samaritans at 116 123. In the USA, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available at 1-800-273-TALK (1-800-273-8255). For support in Australia, contact Lifeline at 13 11 14 or Beyond Blue at 1300 22 4636. Your well-being is our priority, and seeking professional help is a crucial step towards your mental health journey.

Guided Meditation, anyone loves it personally?

Currently in life, I'm listening always on repeat to different guided meditations on Youtube premium music on my phone with some sleep relaxation music and nature sounds, it's very soothing for my ADHD, GAD and Tourette's syndrome.

There is one particular track that I love to put on whenever I am finding difficulty with falling asleep. It hits me sometimes at 3 in the morning where my mind just refuses to shut down after I've gotten up to use the restroom. I throw on my headphones and that YouTube clip and I am drowsy within 5 minutes I'd like to say.

I have tried Guided Meditation, but my favorite meditation method is Mindful Meditation. When you do Guided Meditation, you follow the instructions from the meditation instructor, however, when you do Mindful Meditation, you will train your mind to become an observer.
