3 lb. chopped pecans
1 lb. golden raisins
2 lb. dried peaches in 1/2” pieces
4 c. cake flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 lb. sweet butter
1 lb. light brown sugar
10 eggs
1 c. honey
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. peach nectar

Oil and flour 4 (9x5”) pans. Fit bottoms with wax paper and oil and flour paper. Dredge first 3 with 1 c. flour, coating well. Sift remaining flour with next 4. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add next 3 and flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Add fruit mixture. Bake at 300F 90 min.
