Frosty Cucumber Mold (8-10)

2 (4-serving size) packages Lime Gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups peeled, seeded and finely chopped cucumbers
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 teaspoons freshly minced dill weed
Lemon twist, dill sprig and cucumber slices, for garnish

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sour cream and lemon juice with wire wisk until smooth; refrigerate until mixture mounds. Stir in cucumbers, green onions and dill; spoon into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold onto serving plate; garnish with lemon twist, dill and cucumbers.
