Feta Olive Herb Cheese Ball
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup black olives, pitted and finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped chives
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
Beat cream cheese with butter, lemon juice and salt at medium speed of a
heavy-duty electric stand mixer 2 to 3 minutes or until well combined.
Stir together crumbled feta cheese, olives and cream cheese mixture until
combined. Chill 5 minutes. Meanwhile, stir together chopped chives and green
onions. Shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in chive mixture to coat.
