Fantastic Fruits

Fruit Ice

1/2 cup orange juice or 1/3 cup pineapple juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup water

1 egg white, stiffly beaten

Combine fruit juices and water; freeze. Stir mixture often while freezing. When almost hard, fold in egg white. Place in an individual mold and allow to set by returning to freezer.
