Extraordinarily Tasty Salad
18 ounces chicken livers
1 red onion
11 ounces cherry tomatoes
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Bring a saucepan of water to boiling, season to taste with salt. Drop in
chicken livers. Bring to boiling once again and cook for 15 minutes. Remove
livers from the cooking liquid and cool completely, then cut them in small
dice and place into a salad bowl. Slice the red onion in thin half-rings and
add to the bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place into the salad, season
to taste with salt. Add mayonnaise and stir to combine.
