EASY BLUEBERRY COBBLER
3/4 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 can blueberry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter and pour into a 2.5 or 3 quart casserole baking. Mix sugar,
flour and milk.
Pour mixture over butter, but do not mix. Pour the pie filling on top, but
do not mix.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
Serve warm with ice cream or as is.
