Dottie’s Banana Yogurt Shake
What a great start in the morning or a pick me up in mid-afternoon!
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients—
• 2 ½ cups 2% low fat milk
• 2 ripe bananas
• 1 cup low fat plain yogurt
• ¼ cup honey
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• Dash ground nutmeg
• 5 ice cubes
Preparation—

• Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender or food processor.
• Process until thick and creamy.
• While blending, add ice cubes and process until smooth.
• Pour into tall glass and serve.
