Do infants experience depression too?

I've always thought about this earlier on, if infants between the age of 3-9 months suffer from depression. The information gotten from clinical reviews by mental health professionals stated that: babies do suffer depression, but not common like the way teens, adults, suffers from depression.

On your own, do you think babies do suffer from depression?
If yes, then how do you get such notice?

There are no clinical proofs that babies suffer from depression, however, mental health professionals believe that babies might also suffer from depression. However, stress is very common in babies. Babies between 0-5 years can also suffer if their parents are depressed.
