DANIEL'S FAVORITE MACARONI AND CHEESE
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
7 or 8 oz. Cooper CV sharp cheese
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
2 quart casserole dish.
Cook macaroni for only 4-5 minutes. While macaroni is cooking cut cheeses into chunks. Drain macaroni. While still hot begin layering macaroni, then cheeses
in dish. Lightly salt and pepper. Add butter midway through layering. Add milk. Add light touch of paprika to top (for color). Bake covered at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes. Uncover, stir and return for 15 minutes uncovered. Enjoy.
